Job Description Develop and monitor annual budgets in collaboration with management and the various clinic teams. Analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results. Identify and explain variances between forecasts and actuals, propose actions to optimise profitability. Implement dashboards and relevant performance indicators. Provide ad hoc analyses to facilitate decision-making. Participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes. Collaborate with department heads and improve operational efficiency. Prepare annual statistics (OFS, ITAR_K). Qualifications You have a university degree or a federal diploma as a specialist in Finance & Accounting, or an equivalent qualification. Proven experience in management control in healthcare. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to prioritise in acute situations and manage stress well. Organisational skills and ability to work independently. Sense of multidisciplinary collaboration and teamwork. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills. Availability and flexibility.
