Conference Operator (M/F) We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients a Conference Operator (m/f), to ensure the smooth running of conferences and events within a dynamic and international environment. Your responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for users in conference rooms Perform full checks of equipment (microphones, headsets, channels, computers) Operate audiovisual and simultaneous interpretation systems Execute conference scenarios via dedicated interfaces (AMX, Extron, Q\-Sys, etc.) Manage microphones, cameras, and recordings in real time Provide support to interpreters, secretariats, and chairpersons Monitor and moderate hybrid meetings (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.) Coordinate webcast activities with specialized teams Monitor AV equipment during sessions and perform basic troubleshooting when needed Handle closing procedures: reset rooms, ensure proper setup, and report any issues Your profile Completed secondary education or equivalent Strong interest in technical and audiovisual environments Service\-oriented mindset with a professional attitude Ability to work under pressure and react in live event situations Team player with the ability to work independently Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize Previous experience in events, AV, or technical support is a plus We look forward to receiving your complete application (CV, work certificates and diplomas) ! jpid821b176jm jpit0627jm jpiy26jm
