We are looking for a Conference Assistant to support the delivery of high-level meetings and events. The role sits within a team responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring the smooth execution of conferences and assemblies. Our client is an international organisation. Missions Support the preparation and setup of conference rooms and meeting spaces Provide on-site and virtual logistical support to internal and external stakeholders Monitor meetings and coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery Assist in the management of virtual conferencing platforms (e.g. setup, participant support, troubleshooting) Contribute to process improvements and digital initiatives related to conference services Perform additional event-related duties as required Profil du candidat Experience in organizing and supporting international conferences or events Familiarity with audiovisual systems and videoconferencing tools (e.g. Zoom or similar platforms) Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support users effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism, flexibility, and customer service orientation Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset Conditions et Avantages Full time role for 1 month.
