For our distributed wireless microphone (Roger) team, we are looking for a driven and analytical Commercial Marketing Manager to support impactful local execution and stakeholder alignment across markets. Your responsibilities * Contribute to business decisions across strategy, product development, pricing, marketing, and commercial execution * Partner closely with local market teams, conducting regular reviews to understand needs, monitor performance, and derive actionable insights * Support global and local teams in the rollout of product launches and marketing campaigns * Monitor global business performance, analyzing sales, pricing, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities * Capture and share commercial best practices across markets to drive continuous improvement * Lead and execute cross-functional business development projects, ensuring alignment and timely delivery Your profile * University degree, preferably in Business or Audiology * 5-10 years of experience in a commercial, strategy, consulting, or similar role * Solid understanding of commercial processes, ideally with exposure to sales or local marketing execution * Proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across functions and markets, excellent communication and presentation skills * Experience in project leadership and working in cross-functional, international environments * Fluent English; additional languages are a plus * Strong team player with a collaborative mindset What We Offer As one of the world-s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we-re committed to building an inclusive culture.
