Make this the place where you grow The role of Commercial Governance DACH is responsible for the development, implementation and control of a uniform Client Opportunity Governance Framework in the DACH region. Main tasks Responsibility for the implementation of the Client Opportunity Governance Framework in the DACH region based on global and European guidelines: implementation, maintenance, training and continuous further development Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, compliance requirements, regulatory requirements as well as the applicable authorisation matrix Owner of the Client Opportunity Governance process in DACH: harmonisation and standardisation of commercial governance processes, tools and templates across various legal entities Owner of the Client Opportunity Governance tools: continuous further development of commercial governance tools to increase quality and efficiency, taking into account standardisation and automation potential Consulting and support of bid and opportunity teams regarding commercial governance requirements and decision-making processes Control and monitoring of compliance with defined approval and escalation processes Organisation and moderation of commercial governance committees, review boards and management decision rounds Documentation and follow-up of conditions of approvals of client opportunities Development, implementation and maintenance of commercial governance KPIs as well as management reports Close cooperation with the European and global commercial teams to ensure the approval processes (DACH and Europe) at European and global level as well as to further develop the commercial governance framework standards Requirements Professional qualifications Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in commercial management, commercial governance, process management, finance or compliance Sound knowledge of IT service business models, global delivery structures, contract management as well as commercial control Affinity for standardisation, harmonisation and digitalisation of business processes Experience in an international IT service company or group Personal competencies Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Ability to collaborate successfully at all levels of the company, locally and internationally Global mindset with intercultural awareness; confident in dealing with multicultural teams Ability to prepare complex issues clearly and present them at management level Structured and solution-oriented working style High degree of integrity and sense of responsibility Fluent German and English skills With us, you have countless opportunities to think big, act boldly and take responsibility.
