Open positions - Job offers at the University of Fribourg Qualified Technical Collaborator 90 - 100% with the Infrastructure Service Field of activity Analyse the needs of occupants, propose solutions for space utilisation and optimisation Ensure coordination with clients and internal stakeholders, conduct interviews and workshops bringing together the various partners Develop benchmarks and regular reporting on the state of the property portfolio, costs and occupancy rates for the Infrastructure Manager and the Administrative Directorate of Unifr Carry out qualitative and quantitative analyses relating to the use of premises and spaces by the various services and faculties of Unifr, spread over several sites in the city of Fribourg Plan and manage projects of the BâtiData Unit Premises management: allocation, relocations, actual occupancy, ensuring the application of institutional standards, safety regulations and directives related to premises allocation Requirements Bachelor of Applied Sciences (preferably in architecture) or equivalent training Professional experience in project management of at least 3 years Strong interest in participatory approaches and facilitating workshops with users and partners Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, initiative and ability to collaborate effectively within a team Good command of common IT tools (Word, Excel, etc.); knowledge of a Facility Management software (Speedikon C) as well as a drawing software (Archicad) is an asset Very good knowledge of French and German; bilingualism is an advantage Language requirements French and/or German with very good knowledge of the other language Starting date: 01.07.2026 or date to be agreed Information: Infrastructure Service infra@unifr.ch Application deadline: 30.06.2026 Submission address: Via this link.
