Co-Headship (all) 50-70% – for a future-oriented school For our Watt school with around 330 children (lower school and kindergarten) and 55 staff members, we are looking from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement for a 🧑‍💻 What awaits you Rarely a day that sticks strictly to the timetable. While you are thinking about a class constellation in the morning, you discuss a personnel matter at lunchtime and accompany a team in the afternoon on the next stage of development. In between: conversations, questions, decisions, small and large challenges – and always lively children showing you why you do it all. You don’t do all this alone, but together with your experienced sparring partner Priska Haller (80%): Not side by side, but together. Not everything the same, but everything carried together. 🙏 What we believe and live by School succeeds when we take responsibility together: For good relationships, clear structures, courageous development and for a daily routine in which children really matter. You can structure, decide, listen, classify and sometimes simply endure.
