To strengthen our organization, we are seeking a highly experienced, independent and proactive professional for the position of: Client Service Lead – Global & DACH Region (100%) Location: Basel, Switzerland We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Client Service Lead to drive exceptional client service, business growth and operational excellence across our Global and DACH client portfolio. In this role, you will expand existing client relationships, develop new business opportunities and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within leading pharmaceutical and biotech organizations. Your Responsibilities • Serve as the senior point of contact for key client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across pharmaceutical and biotech organizations. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for added value and strengthening long-term partnerships. • Drive organic account growth and develop new business opportunities across the DACH region, achieving agreed growth and client acquisition targets. • Lead the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation and conversion. • Develop commercially sound proposals, scopes of work and budgets while ensuring commercial viability and profitability across client engagements. • Provide leadership across cross-functional teams and partner closely with strategy, creative, production and project delivery teams to ensure outstanding client outcomes. Your Profile • 8+ years of experience in medical communications, healthcare consulting, healthcare events, pharmaceutical services or a related agency environment. • Proven success managing and growing strategic client relationships within the pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare sectors. • Demonstrated track record of winning new business and delivering measurable revenue growth. • Experience engaging and influencing senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers. • Strong commercial acumen with experience developing proposals, budgets and responses to competitive tenders and RFPs. • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. • Entrepreneurial, proactive and highly results-oriented, with strong relationship-building, leadership and problem-solving capabilities. • Fluency in English required What We Offer Join a dynamic and growing boutique agency working with leading pharmaceutical and biotech organizations worldwide.
