Here you will find a varied and responsible role as ## **Claims Manager 80 - 100% (m/f/d)** ## ## Your Tasks ## You are part of a committed team that develops individual insurance solutions for demanding risks and contributes to the success of our company by further developing our claims service. * Independent processing and settlement of claims in motor vehicle (classic cars) and property insurance * Collaboration with external specialists in complex claims and in the area of Financial Lines insurance * Contact person for brokers, customers, and claims experts * Ensuring efficient, customer-oriented, and high-quality claims handling in accordance with the guidelines * Recording claims in our insurance and banking systems * Creating and further developing processes, standards, and solutions in claims management ## Your Profile ## * At least three years of experience in handling insurance claims, ideally in motor vehicle and property insurance * Strong customer and service orientation * High degree of initiative and the ability to independently approach and implement topics * Enjoy working with different stakeholders * Fluent German and English skills, French is an advantage * A certain willingness to travel within Switzerland is required ## What We Offer You ## * A multifaceted area of responsibility with autonomy and scope for design * The opportunity to develop claims handling into a USP * Short decision-making paths in a collegial environment with flexible working arrangements * Work location Basel or Zurich ## Do You Feel Addressed? ## Then we look forward to receiving your application documents in electronic form.
