In this key role, you will shape the financial strategy and significantly influence the future of our company. Your Responsibilities Overall responsibility for finance, controlling, accounting, taxes and cash management Design and implementation of a future-oriented financial strategy Ensuring transparency and efficiency in all financial processes Establishment and management of an effective risk management system Close collaboration with the CEO and EB team on strategic decisions Building, leading and further developing the finance team Business partner for internal stakeholders - located both in the German-speaking and Western Switzerland regions Responsibility for external stakeholder communication (banks, investors, authorities) Your Profile Completed studies in business administration, finance or comparable qualification Several years of experience in a senior financial role, ideally within a holding structure Excellent knowledge in accounting, controlling and corporate finance Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a hands-on mentality Experience in change and transformation processes Leadership personality with clear stance, decisiveness and integrity Strong communication skills in German and French (at least C1 level in both languages) Proficient in MS Office and SAP HANA S4 We Offer A key role as part of the Executive Board with active influence on the company strategy The opportunity to shape the future of Faigle as an integral part of the management team A value-oriented environment where collaboration, courage and reliability are lived To all recruitment agencies: We wish to fill this position directly.
