To complement our management team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and strong leadership personality as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), 100% (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities As a member of the management team, you bear overall responsibility for the Finance & Administration area of GLATZ AG and make a significant contribution to the successful further development of the company. You lead the Finance and Human Resources departments as well as projects and processes and act as a sparring partner for the CEO, the Board of Directors and the international companies. You are responsible for the entire finance and accounting of GLATZ AG including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as group consolidation. In addition, together with your team, you ensure professional management of accounts receivable and payable processes as well as working capital. Through budgeting, forecasting and meaningful management reporting, you ensure the financial control of the company and continuously develop controlling and management instruments. In the Treasury area, you are responsible for liquidity planning, cash management (including foreign currency management). Furthermore, you maintain relationships with banks and support financing and credit matters. Together with the specialist departments, you drive the further development of our business applications. You act as a sparring partner in the implementation of systems such as Business Central, Power BI and PIM and promote data-based decision-making foundations as well as the digitalisation of central business processes. You lead a project and process manager in this regard. As a leader of the HR department, you support the further development of leadership, organisational and personnel topics and contribute to aligning the organisation for the future. In addition, you are the contact person for the Board of Directors, auditors, banks and other external partners. You further develop the internal control system (ICS) and actively contribute to strategic and organisational issues of corporate development. Your Profile You are an entrepreneurial leader with a strong understanding of financial and operational contexts. You enjoy further developing structures, supporting decisions with reliable data and actively shaping the future of an internationally active industrial company together with the management team. You combine strategic foresight with strong implementation skills and keep an overview even in day-to-day operations. You have a higher education in business administration and necessarily bring several years of leadership experience in the finance area of a manufacturing company. Thanks to your sound knowledge in controlling, treasury and accounting, you know how to present financial contexts transparently and use them as a basis for entrepreneurial decisions. You are interested in digital business processes and have a strong affinity for ERP systems, data models and business intelligence solutions. You have already gained experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Power BI and/or comparable applications. As an entrepreneurial personality, you understand the connections between finance, operational processes and strategic corporate development. You move confidently on both management and operational levels and convince with a pragmatic, solution-oriented and implementation-strong working style. With your communicative and integrative manner, you build trust with employees, managers and external partners. Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
