Join a dynamic team focused on thermal stress research. Enjoy a collaborative work environment with great benefits. Tasks Coordinate research activities on thermal stress and ensure scientific coherence. Develop collaborations and partnerships for effective communication. Conduct literature reviews to identify gaps and new research questions. Skills PhD in life sciences, public health, or environmental engineering required. Experience in human biosurveillance and data analysis. Proficiency in statistical tools like R and Stata. About the job Your main missions will be as follows: Â Coordinate the research activities of the project on heat stress and ensure scientific coherence in connection with internal and external partners;Â Ensure communication, interactivity and the development of collaborations and partnerships;Â Conduct literature reviews and identify gaps as well as new research questions;Â Design research protocols and oversee the implementation of experimental phases in the laboratory, including data collection;Â Analyse, interpret and validate results in relation to hypotheses, identifying limitations and proposing solutions;Â Synthesise results and contribute to the development of new research and funding proposals. Â Identify the limitations of studies and propose new research perspectives, particularly related to heat stress;Â Write reports, scientific publications and contribute to the dissemination of results;Â Present results internally and externally and ensure their popularisation to target audiences;Â Participate in the Unit's research projects, including the development and submission of new funding projects;Â Contribute to academic supervision by co-supervising students and interns. Â Your assets: PhD in life sciences, public health, environmental engineering or equivalent field;Â Skills in human biomonitoring, data analysis and modelling;Â Minimum one year of laboratory experience preferred;Â Proficiency in statistical tools (R, Stata);Â Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written;Â Autonomy, scientific rigour and analytical skills;Â Ability to synthesise and strong writing skills;Â Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary environments.
