The Communication Department (DIRCOM) is tasked with developing, proposing, and implementing the communication policy and tools of the HUG. DIRCOM promotes the HUG and organises information according to different target audiences. The objective is to develop a positive image, differentiated from other healthcare providers, credible, coherent, and sustainable, based on excellence and innovation. Job Description The ArtHUG service is looking for a committed and creative professional to join its team and actively contribute to the development of its cultural missions within the HUG. In close collaboration with the head of the ArtHUG service, you will participate in the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of activities, while taking part in strategic reflection and the implementation of the directions set by ArtHUG, respecting institutional values and objectives. At the heart of your responsibilities, you will imagine, design, and develop innovative cultural projects for the ArtHUG service, adapted to the hospital context and the various concerned audiences, whether patients, staff, or relatives. You will ensure the operational management of these projects for ArtHUG, from planning and coordinating internal and external stakeholders to administrative, budgetary, and time management. You will also ensure the evaluation of the impact of the actions undertaken and propose improvement avenues consistent with the missions of humanising care and enhancing the artistic heritage carried by ArtHUG. Your role also includes a significant communication dimension. You will contribute to the development of the communication strategy of the ArtHUG service and design communication plans adapted to different media, whether printed, digital, or intended for social networks. Qualifications You hold a university or HES degree, ideally complemented by a CAS, DAS, or MAS in management, administration, or cultural mediation. An excellent knowledge of the Geneva cultural scene is essential. You have at least five years of experience in managing cultural projects, including two in a social or healthcare field. You are proficient with office tools, social networks, and Adobe suite software.
