Around 460 employees and 45 trainees are supported, guided and trained by 170 specialised staff. For the further development of our foundation, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, integrous and strong leadership personality as CFO & Head of Central Services In this key role, you take overall financial responsibility for the foundation, lead the Central Services and actively contribute as a member of the executive management to strategic development. You create financial, organisational and cultural framework conditions to ensure our foundation remains professional, effective and future-proof. This role connects numbers, people and impact. You design structures and processes and enable an environment where responsibility is assumed, potential is realised and social integration is sustainably lived. Your tasks You take responsibility for the financial and organisational management of the foundation and actively shape central future topics as a sparring partner to the CEO. In doing so, you ensure stability, transparency and development. You… …are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, controlling, annual financial statements and reporting to the cantonal social insurances. …provide meaningful management and control instruments for the executive management, finance committee and foundation board. …lead and coordinate the Central Services and drive strategic topics such as digitalisation, pedagogical training, property management, quality management and internal control system forward with the respective team leaders. …strengthen structures, processes and collaboration across departments. …create framework conditions in which people can take responsibility and develop further, and …ensure the balance between economic prudence, operational professionalism and social mission. Your profile You understand finance as the basis for good decisions – not as an end in itself. You think entrepreneurially, act pragmatically and lead with clarity, respect and integrity. You can reduce complexity, bring different interests together and provide orientation even in demanding situations. You bring with you a higher professional qualification in business administration, finance or a comparable field solid experience in overall financial management, controlling, reporting and related areas in medium-sized companies strategic thinking and the ability to effectively implement topics, enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and dialogue with diverse stakeholders strong communication skills, reliability and a good sense for people and organisations a high value orientation as well as interest in promoting and developing people What to expect A leadership role with scope for design at executive management level.
