August 2026 - 6 months * Business Analyse, Power BI, MIcrosoft **Your Tasks:** * Gather and analyse business requirements from the Finance and Accounting teams * Translate financial reporting needs into scalable Power BI solutions * Design, develop and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports * Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams * Train and enable Finance and Accounting users to independently manage reports in Power BI * Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, Data Engineers and Project Managers * Ensure reporting solutions are user-friendly, efficient and aligned with business requirements * Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving support related to Power BI reporting solutions   **Your Profile:** * 5-8+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI with strong experience within Finance and/or Accounting environments * Proven track record delivering Power BI reporting projects in Finance/Accounting * Background or good understanding in Data Science / Data Engineering * Strong Business Analysis skills with the ability to gather and structure requirements from non-technical stakeholders * Solid understanding of financial and accounting terminology and reporting processes * Experienced in coaching Business Users on PowerBI * Ability to independently design and implement technical Power BI solutions * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities * Patient, solution-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility to occasionally travel to Geneva * Fluent English skills are required; German and/or French are considered a plus
