To strengthen our team in the Bread & Pastry sector, we are immediately looking for a motivated and committed person as a Baker, 80%, for a fixed term until 31.07.2026, at the Geneva site. Your responsibilities - You are responsible for preparing breads, pizzas and sandwiches. - You conduct sales interviews and advise our demanding customers with competence and kindness. - You regularly check that the sales stands are complete and clean. - You effectively implement product concepts and local concepts. - You create an attractive market atmosphere in accordance with the concept (season, etc.). - You organise sales areas in a sensible and attractive manner. - You define seasonal priorities and present products accordingly. - You systematically comply with the prescribed hygiene rules. Your profile - You preferably have completed basic training as a baker with a federal certificate of competence (CFC). - You already have professional experience as a baker or in catering. - You are a reliable, customer-oriented and committed person who works with great pleasure and enthusiasm. - You are able to adapt to high customer traffic and keep calm and an overview in busy situations. - You convince with your team spirit and neat appearance. - You place great importance on work being carried out cleanly and carefully. - You speak fluent French and preferably know another national language.
