Join us as a Business Administration Assistant with our CFO! Shape the company's management and enjoy a collaborative work environment. Tasks Support the CFO in financial and business topics. Develop controlling processes with metrics and reporting. Lead projects in digitalization and process optimization. Skills Commercial training and further education in business preferred. Hands-on mentality and strong implementation skills. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics. As a Business Administration Assistant, you work directly with our CFO and play a central role in building and further developing our controlling. In addition, you gain exciting insights into HR and Finance and work on cross-departmental projects. Business Administration Assistant CFO (m/f/d) 80–100 % What you achieve Supporting the CFO in financial and business management matters Building and further developing controlling with key figures, reporting and analyses Creating well-founded decision-making bases for the department heads Gradually taking over the controller function Leading projects in the areas of digitalisation and process optimisation Collaborating in payroll, personnel administration and applicant management Supporting personnel processes and labour law issues Supporting financial accounting (e.g. closing tasks, reconciliations and evaluations) Interface to finance, HR, administration and IT Supporting administrative and coordination tasks What distinguishes you Commercial basic training (EFZ) Completed further training as a business economist HF or FH in finance, HR or digitalisation is an advantage Hands-on mentality, strong implementation skills, pragmatic working style and understanding of SME structures Experience in finance, accounting and/or HR administration Enjoyment of numbers, analyses and business contexts Interest in reporting and BI tools Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Structured, independent working style and high discretion …….. and you know that numbers alone do not move projects – and you live daily how controlling and project work only really work when the people behind them pull together.
