We're seeking a Career Orientation Coach in Aesch/BL. Join us to guide youth towards their vocational goals! Tasks Coach and support youth in their career orientation journey. Facilitate workshops and provide individual coaching sessions. Help participants improve their application documents and skills. Skills Experience with young adults in unique life situations required. Strong project management and client documentation skills. Knowledge of vocational training systems and methods. About the job For the Bridges Offers department at the Aesch/BL location, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a: Career Orientation Coach 60% - 80% (m/f/d) Your field of activity: You coach and support young people in their career orientation. This coaching takes place in small course groups two days a week. The goal for all course participants is an apprenticeship (starting the following year). Accordingly, your tasks are very diverse. A small selection: psychosocial, application technique and labour market-oriented support, individual coaching, status assessments, preparing and processing application documents, potential optimisation, promotion of apprenticeship-relevant, school-related skills, and much more. What you bring with you: We are looking for an independent, open and committed personality who is willing to take unconventional paths with young adults within professional integration. You adopt a values-based, resource- and solution-oriented attitude. You have experience working with young adults in special life situations and/or in career guidance. Additionally, you are skilled in project-oriented work and familiar with maintaining client documentation. Ideally, you have proven knowledge of the vocational education system, for example as a vocational trainer, course instructor, recruiter, or vocational school teacher.
