To strengthen our vocational training team, we are looking for the position from 1 September 2026 Vocational Trainer, Hospital and Care Centres at 30% Workload - Basel and Riehen 30% | Basel and Riehen What Awaits You As a vocational trainer, you will shape the training journey of our FaGe apprentices and HF students from start to finish. You accompany, motivate, reflect – both individually and in groups – and actively contribute your expertise to the further development of our educational quality. Your tasks include: > Personal support of apprentices and students through all practical phases – in the proven three-learning-places principle > Co-design and implementation of the company training plan for FaGe & HF > Conducting practical supervisions, progress discussions and group lessons > Assessment of learning success: from competence evidence to professional discussions > Close exchange with examination experts and internal specialist departments > Participation in quality assurance and development in vocational training What You Bring > Qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF > Vocational trainer course – completed and ready to live it > SVEB 1 certification or willingness to obtain it > At least 2 years of experience in an acute hospital or rehabilitation > Enjoyment of exchange – with young people and with our elderly patients and residents > Enthusiasm for vocational pedagogy & current developments in training > Reliability, flexibility and open, clear communication > Very good German language skills, spoken and written > Overview of nursing training in Switzerland > Your working hours: preferably Monday and Tuesday - a half-day position on three days is also possible Why Us?
