Here is what you will do Independent planning and technical implementation of diverse new build and renovation projects Acquisition including cost and contract negotiations Client consulting as well as negotiations with customers, craftsmen and authorities Construction management including schedule, cost and quality control These are your skills and strengths Training as a draughtsperson EFZ (architecture), ideally complemented by a practical additional training in structural work (e.g. bricklayer, carpenter) Further training as a construction manager or as a technician in structural engineering HF Cooperative and communicative manner towards customers, partners and authorities Finesse in dealing with craftsmen involved in construction This is what awaits you Being part of the GLB Family is great!
