The company develops and produces mortars, plasters, and paints in Switzerland and distributes thermal insulation composite systems. As part of the internationally active FIXIT GROUP, Greutol AG employs around 30 staff and has branches in Laupen/BE, Bex/VD, and Wilen near Wil/TG. We are looking for our location in Wilen near Wil/TG, immediately or by arrangement, for a committed and qualified Construction Specialist as Field Sales Representative / Technical Consultant for the Eastern Switzerland Market Area Your main responsibilities: Active sales of the entire product range Consultation and support of existing customers (general and construction companies, architects, plastering and painting businesses) Acquisition of new customers Active project processing Management and active maintenance of the project processing system Comprehensive product and application advice as well as support in costing and tendering Monitoring of debtors Consolidation and promotion of the market position within the framework of sales activities Own deployment planning and approach at the customer level Ideal qualifications for this role: Completed vocational training as a bricklayer, plasterer or painter with several years of practical experience is a prerequisite; further training as a construction foreman, foreman or master is a plus Desirable are initial sales experience as well as successfully completed further training as a sales specialist with a federal diploma, technical merchant with a federal diploma or similar Enjoyment of sales and advising on construction-technical problem solutions Team-oriented, success-driven, ambitious and dynamic personality who thinks and acts entrepreneurially Strong communication skills, professional and engaging manner, negotiation skills and a high degree of self-motivation and independence We offer: An interesting role with scope for creativity Open and motivated team in a family-like working atmosphere Attractive employment conditions and social benefits Have we piqued your interest?
