We endeavour to preserve the tradition and modernity of the Baur au Lac while at the same time shaping our future. **It's all about people!** We are looking for a motivated, committed and creative personality for a position as # Banquet Operations Supervisor (f/m) # #### Get to know the special spirit of Baur au Lac and become a member of our team. #### ## That's why you love this work: ## * Assisting the Banquet Operations Manager with day-to-day management * Ensuring that service runs smoothly * Assisting with staff management and staff scheduling * Conducting weekly training sessions within your own team * Daily accounting * Standing in for the Banquet Operations Manager in their absence ## That's why this job is right for you: ## * Completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry, preferably with two years- professional experience in the same or a similar role * Knowledge of the standards of Leading Hotels of the World and Swiss Deluxe Hotels * Initial experience in a similar role * A passionate host with a charming and well-groomed appearance * An affinity for high-end gastronomy * Resilient, flexible and responsible * Very good command of German and English
