In this key role, you coordinate between the Area Sales Managers, the back office, and our branches, and work on strategic sales and digitalisation projects. Unisto designs, produces, and distributes attractive presentation items worldwide for well-known brand products and manufactures high-quality security seals. We are a long-term oriented, internationally operating family business based at Lake Constance, employing around 130 people in Horn and over 600 worldwide. For this managerial position in the security solutions sector, we are seeking a proactive personality with leadership experience and a strong focus on customer projects and operational excellence as part of a succession plan. Your Responsibilities Management of the back office as well as leadership of the Area Sales Managers. You bear full personnel, budget, and cost responsibility. Support and commercial shaping of strategic projects on behalf of the BU manager. Coordination of priorities and customer visits of the field sales team as well as advising international agencies and partners on projects. Responsibility for pricing and maintenance of relevant statistics and key user for the ERP system. Your Profile Technical understanding & leadership skills and customer experience: We are looking for a communicative "doer" who works in a structured way and pitches in energetically in hectic times. Commercial basic training with pronounced technical understanding and at least 10 years of professional and leadership experience. Experience in export logistics as well as a strong affinity for ERP systems (Comarch) and process optimisation. Fluent German and English are required; additional languages (Spanish, Italian, French) are a great advantage. High self-motivation, flexibility, and a results-oriented working style. You are decisive, straightforward, and fit perfectly into our dynamic team.
