Join GF Casting Solutions, a leader in lightweight components. Tasks Monitor CNC Centers and assembly lines for quality production. Inspect and rework machined and assembled parts effectively. Adhere to safety regulations and cooperate with technicians. Skills 1+ years of machine operation experience required. Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Your tasks - •Monitor automatic CNCs Centers and fully automatic assembly line machines to ensure efficient and qualitive production of the parts. - •Operate Rework stations. - •Operate Infeed and Outfeed areas. - •Inspect and Rework of machined and specially assembled parts. - •Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. - •Cooperate with the Machining & Assembly Technician to ensure a continuous part quality. - •Documentation of Quality Data of Rework, Scrap and changed processes in Traceability system. - •Transport of Parts Racks and Bins in the between the Machining & Assembly lines. - •Refilling of the Feeding Units in the assembly lines. - •Other duties as required. Your profile - •1+ years of experience in operating machines and assembly lines. - •High School Diploma Required. - •Prior experience with machined parts and assembling processes required.
