Join our exciting training program at Richard AG! Gain hands-on experience in various departments. Tasks Create parts and tools for production using machines and technical drawings. Work on prototypes and individual parts with both manual and CNC machinery. Collaborate on customer orders with expert guidance and attend external courses. Skills Completed primary school and a strong technical understanding required. Ability to visualize abstract concepts and work precisely. Team player with patience, reliability, and skilled hands. During your apprenticeship, you will gain insight into various departments within the company. You will manufacture different workpieces, produce tools and fixtures for production, or assemble products in pre- and final assembly according to technical drawings. In single-part manufacturing or prototype construction, you work manually on turning, milling, drilling, and grinding machines. Computer-controlled machines are also used, which you programme according to specifications. You process orders for our customers and are supported by our specialists. Additionally, external inter-company courses complement your training. Vocational Baccalaureate With very good school performance, the vocational baccalaureate school can be attended during or after the basic vocational training. The vocational baccalaureate enables subsequent studies at a university of applied sciences, depending on the field of study either without examination or with an admission procedure.
