As an Associate Creative Director, you’ll help develop campaign platforms and copy that come to life, from TV and digital video to social, radio, and out-of-home. This role blends concepting, storytelling, and creative leadership, offering the opportunity to build globally resonant brand work while collaborating with teams across regions and disciplines. What You’ll Do: • Develop big campaign ideas and supporting copy that can scale globally while remaining culturally relevant to local markets. • Lead the development of creative work across channels, including TV, digital video, paid social, radio, and out-of-home advertising. • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to bring campaigns from concept to execution with strong attention to detail. • Support the Ideation and Global Creative team to elevate creative concepts and execute productions across global markets. • Develop and pitch compelling, effective creative concepts to senior leadership. Qualifications and Requirements: Required • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience managing creative teams or leading creative processes, including 3+ years of production experience. • Strong creative concepting and storytelling skills, with experience developing campaigns across multiple channels. • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred • Experience working across multiple geographic markets or creating globally relevant campaigns informed by local insights. • Background in fast-paced, highly collaborative creative environments. • Proficiency with creative tools and software, with a strong eye for craft, detail, and execution.
