About the job During your assistantship, you will be co-responsible for the care groups focusing on dementia and behavioural disorders. Geriatric-gerontopsychiatric approaches are paramount. A later transfer to the Bächli care centre in Bassersdorf, where geriatric-rehabilitative approaches and palliative care are the focus, is possible. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, alongside various specialised services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students across 17 different professional groups.
