About the job The Alterszentrum Region Bülach Foundation comprises 159 care places and 29 retirement apartments at six different locations, Spitex services, as well as a public restaurant. For our care residential group at the "Gringglen" location, we are looking for an Assistant Health & Social Care EBA (80-100%) starting immediately or by arrangement. In our care residential group, you accompany residents in a familiar, homely environment and create a daily routine with them that is oriented towards their biographies, needs, and resources. Not only expertise and experience count, but also patience, empathy, and humour. What to expect You support our residents with daily living activities, take on tasks in basic care and support, and contribute to a well-kept, homely environment through domestic tasks. The focus is on mindful accompaniment that enables relationship, orientation, and self-determination. What you bring You have completed training as an Assistant Health and Social Care EBA or as a nursing assistant and have good German language skills in spoken and written form. Experience in long-term care or in supporting people with dementia is an advantage – however, your appreciative attitude, ability to work in a team, and joy in engaging with people and situations are more important to us.
