Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a committed Industrial Engineer for the role of Executive Assistant and Project Manager (m/f) in Obwalden | Central Switzerland Your main tasks In this varied staff function, you are the important hub between the executive management and the various stakeholders. You are responsible for the management and planning of various projects. These include, among others, the organisation of the new factory construction, various test stands at home and abroad, as well as other international projects (ERP, automated storage systems, etc.). In doing so, you work closely with the production and development departments and maintain efficient and goal-oriented communication with the various locations. We are looking for an independent and creative personality with a technical basic education (e.g. polymechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, etc.) as well as further training as an industrial engineer FH or MTECH (ETHZ). You convince with your open and friendly manner, enjoy working in a small team and have a positive basic attitude. Your enthusiasm for technical areas and topics is reflected in your motivated and honest manner, and you work according to a structured and systematic approach. You are proficient in German and English and experienced in the use of MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems as well as databases (MS Access and SQL). Work experience after graduation is not necessarily required.
