Tasks Welcome patients and manage administrative files efficiently. Handle the doctor's agenda and scheduling effectively. Perform respiratory tests, polygraphy, and blood draws. Skills Medical assistant diploma or nursing degree with admin experience. Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills. Proficient in IT tools like Word and Excel. Company Description The Eaux-Vives Medical-Surgical Centre brings together the medical practices of several general practitioners and specialists, offering patients general and specialised consultations and providing an urgent consultation service. Medical care and outpatient procedures are carried out by a renowned medical team, in a pleasant, warm, and human-scale setting, all just a stone's throw from the Geneva Jet d'Eau. The centre is part of Swiss Medical Network, one of the largest private clinic groups in Switzerland. Job Description Welcoming patients and managing administrative files. Managing the doctor's schedule. Performing respiratory tests, fitting polygraphy. Fitting Holter monitors. Blood sampling. Qualifications Diploma or Federal VET Diploma as medical assistant or nurse with administrative experience. Licensed to practise in the canton. Working hours 8am - 6pm with Wednesday off. Previous experience in a Geneva medical practice is an advantage. Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system is essential. Fluency in French, good knowledge of English is an advantage, other languages a plus. Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel). Excellent team spirit and good communication skills.
