We endeavour to preserve the tradition and modernity of the Baur au Lac while at the same time shaping our future. **It's all about people!** We are looking for a motivated, committed and creative personality for a position as # Assistant Banquet Operations Manager (f/m) # #### Get to know the special spirit of Baur au Lac and become a member of our team. #### ## That's why you love this work: ## * Acting as deputy to the Banquet Operations Manager in their absence * Planning and executing events * Conducting shift briefings and team meetings * Ensuring high guest satisfaction through excellent service and professional complaint management * Responsibility for the training and supervision of interns * Support with administrative tasks, particularly with regard to the scheduling and deployment of service staff * Operational management of the -Chalet au Lac- during the winter months * Regular inspection and quality control of the banquet facilities ## That's why this job is right for you: ## * Completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry * Professional experience in the same or a similar role * Knowledge of the standards of Leading Hotels of the World and Swiss Deluxe Hotels * A passionate host with a charming and well-groomed appearance * An affinity for fine dining * Resilient, flexible and responsible * Excellent command of German and English
