We are looking for an experienced data architect to join the team ASAP for an initial duration of 3 months (extension possible). ## Job Description ## As part of a high-impact transformation programme, you will contribute to the design and delivery of a global finance data platform. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping data models and ensuring consistency across reporting, planning and analytics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and support the development of harmonised data structures across international entities.Key responsibilities * Design and own business-driven data models to support finance reporting, planning and analytics * Act as a key interface between finance stakeholders and IT teams, translating requirements into scalable data solutions * Define and oversee end-to-end data flows into a centralised finance data hub * Establish and promote data standards, governance frameworks and consistent definitions * Support the implementation of harmonised data structures across the organisation * Contribute to a transformation culture with an AI-first mindset ## The Successful Applicant ## Your profile * Proven experience in data architecture and data modelling within complex transformation environments * Strong understanding of financial processes and structures, ideally in an international setting * Ability to translate business requirements into structured data models and concepts * Experience working with modern data platforms (e.g. lakehouse architecture, Snowflake, Databricks or similar) * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams * Solid IT proficiency (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) * Strategic mindset with an interest in leveraging AI-driven approaches Nice to have * Professional certification in data management (e.g. CDMP or equivalent) * Extensive experience (10+ years) in relevant roles ## What's on Offer ## * Opportunity to contribute to a high-visibility global transformation programme * Collaborative, international team environment * Flexible working model with hybrid setup * Initial contract with potential for extension Quote job ref JN-062026-7039216 Job Function Information Technology Specialisation IT Architecture Industry Insurance Location Zürich Contract Type Interim Job Reference JN-062026-7039216
