We are looking for an ambassador with a hunter mentality to boost our luxury market presence in Switzerland. This role offers a dynamic work environment with great benefits. We are looking for an ambassador (m/f) with a true hunter mentality to strengthen our presence in the dynamic luxury market in French-speaking Switzerland. Your main mission is to bridge the gap between our team in Thurgau and the regional watch brands through your expertise and strong presence in the field. Unisto designs, produces and markets presentation items for world-renowned brands and manufactures high-quality security seals. Our family business, focused on the long term and active internationally, is headquartered on the shores of Lake Constance. It employs around 130 people in Horn and more than 600 worldwide. To complete our team, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager / B2B Sales Manager for French-speaking Switzerland 80-100% (a) Your Mission Develop your sales area by autonomously achieving set objectives. Conduct proactive new client acquisition activities and develop long-term relationships. Manage and develop existing accounts by following up on ongoing projects and anticipating future needs. (displays, cases, promotions, packaging, injection-moulded technical parts, etc.) Propose modern, creative and tailored layout solutions to meet client challenges. Drive your actions with a strong sensitivity to detect new trends. Closely coordinate the requirements of French-speaking clients with the team in German-speaking Switzerland to ensure successful project completion. Your Profile Basic commercial or technical training. Additional training in sales, Key Account Management or business administration is an advantage. Professional experience in the watchmaking, jewellery or luxury goods industry (highly desirable). In-depth understanding of high quality and aesthetic requirements in Brand Profiling (Display, POS material, packaging). Basic technical understanding of production processes (e.g. injection moulding) for competent client advice. Proven success in acquiring new clients (hunter profile) and strategic market development. Languages: French: Native or perfectly bilingual (C2), German & English: Perfectly bilingual spoken and written (Level C) for smooth communication with headquarters in Horn TG and international brands. Residence in the region to ensure maximum on-site presence as well as an active and strong network in the region is a decisive advantage.
