Here is what you will do Project development and planning as well as technical implementation of our versatile new build and conversion projects Building submissions, approval procedures and tenders Project management across all planning phases: from initial consultation through execution planning to completion and billing Coordination of architectural specifications and negotiations including clarifications with authorities and specialist planners Schedule, cost and quality control These are your skills and strengths Ideally a basic education as a draughtsperson in architecture EFZ with a completed degree as an architect HF/FH, technician HF construction planning or comparable career path In-depth experience in project management is an advantage Good knowledge of Swiss standards, guidelines and planning processes Confident handling of ArchiCAD Open, cooperative manner as well as a responsible and solution-oriented working style Enjoy working closely with contractors, specialist planners and clients from early project phases This is what awaits you Being part of the GLB family is great!
