What you can achieve You set up your versatile plants in the area of reception and mixing and monitor the production processes according to the specifications. You are reliable in operation and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations and manage to minimise and resolve product losses or line stoppages. Before enjoying your well-deserved evening off, you ensure a clean, accurate and well-documented shift handover. Your innovative thinking enables you to make suggestions for improvement to advance process optimisation. What you bring with you You have completed training in the food sector (dairy or food technologist, cook, butcher, etc.) and may already have some experience as a plant operator. Your flexibility is shown, among other things, in your willingness to work in a 4-shift system. You are proficient in German, both spoken and written, and have a technical flair. You learn quickly and will soon master the operation of the operating systems (MES/SAP). Your physical and mental fitness motivates and enables you to perform at your best, you are resilient and remain calm even in stressful situations.
