What you can achieve You operate and manage our modern packing and production equipment in cheese packaging, ensuring a smooth production process. During production, you continuously monitor the equipment and detect deviations or malfunctions early. You independently analyse minor malfunctions and initiate appropriate measures to keep interruptions as short as possible. You consistently ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards in daily production. Additionally, you carry out cleaning tasks on the equipment and carefully check the production orders. What you bring with you You have completed a recognised apprenticeship as a plant operator or have experience in a comparable production environment. Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with production equipment distinguish you. A reliable, careful, and quality-conscious working style is a matter of course for you. Good German language skills help you to understand processes, documentation, and work instructions securely. Working in a 3-shift system is no problem for you.
