About the job Description The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative services to a team of attorneys in their day-to-day business. Main responsibilities: Support a team of attorneys in their day-to-day business Handle general correspondence and draft documents and legal briefs in French and English Manage telephone and written communication with clients, public authorities, courts, and other law firms in French and English Proofread documents in French and English Open mandates, record time and costs in Intapp Prepare expense reports on Chrome River Manage appointments and monitor deadlines Organize meetings, presentations, seminars, company events, and business trips Send invoices to clients Revise PowerPoint presentations, documents, and Excel spreadsheets Process incoming and outgoing mail, including emails Manage electronic data, filing, and archiving of documents in iManage Manage contacts and maintain master data Maintain team mailing lists Prepare and provide administrative support for publications Skills and experience: A completed commercial apprenticeship or Matura Strong professional experience in a comparable position Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP Very good command of French and English, both written and spoken Able to work independently with a well-organized and detail-oriented approach Quick comprehension Strong service-oriented mindset with a client-focused approach Team spirit Interest in working in a global and dynamic professional environment Reports to: HR Assistant Position type: In Market Development framework: Business Support About us At Baker McKenzie we are different in the way we think, work and behave.
