* 04 juin 2026 * 100% * Durée indéterminée * Lausanne * Lead financial controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and the development of KPIs to support decision-making and improve overall performance. * Act as a bridge between controlling and accounting, ensuring data accuracy while providing hands-on support to the accounting team when needed across month-end, reporting, and audit processes. **Accounting and Financial Controller Lausanne** Our client, an international and purpose-driven organization based in Lausanne, is looking for an Accountant / Financial Controller (100%) to join its finance team in a key and high-impact role. **Description** * Lead financial controlling activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring. * Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making. * Partner with the CFO and departments to deliver actionable financial insights and drive performance. * Analyse costs and services performance, identifying improvement areas and proposing solutions. * Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data in close collaboration with the accounting team. * Act as a support to accounting when needed (e.g. closings, audit preparation). **Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification (e.g. Brevet fédéral), with at least 5 years of experience in finance including a strong focus on controlling. * Solid understanding of accounting principles (Swiss CO) with the ability to support operational accounting activities when required. * Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to build KPIs, improve processes, and translate financial data into actionable business insights. * Advanced Excel skills (including Power Query / Power Pivot) and good experience with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics). * Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented personality with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with non-financial stakeholders in an international setting; fluent in English, French is a strong plus. **Job Offer** * High-impact role with strong exposure to senior management and decision-making. * Dynamic and evolving environment offering real ownership and growth opportunities. * Attractive package with flexibility and generous holidays.
