Head of Logistics Department (m/f/d) WHAT CONVINCES US Completed vocational training in logistics, trade or a comparable field. Further training in logistics or business administration is mandatory, leadership training is an advantage. Several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally with leadership experience. Sound knowledge of logistical processes and procedures. Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with pronounced organisational skills. Confident handling of MS Office as well as ideally ERP and warehouse management systems. Communicative, resilient and assertive personality with a high sense of responsibility and enjoyment in staff management. Very good German language skills, both spoken and written. Organisation, coordination and monitoring of all logistical processes to ensure smooth operations. Planning and control of goods flows as well as ensuring timely and efficient order processing. Monitoring, analysing and continuous optimisation of storage, goods receipt, picking and shipping processes. Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, hygiene and occupational health and safety regulations as well as company guidelines.
