Join a dynamic team with attractive working conditions. ## Tasks ## * Support patients in their daily activities (AVQ). * Work under the delegation of nursing teams. * Participate in patient autonomy assessments and maintenance. ## Skills ## * Recognized nursing assistant training required; hospital experience essential. * Perfect command of the French language is necessary. * Strong communication skills and teamwork interest. We are looking for: A care assistant fixed-term contract of 6 months hourly contract, at 50% Your duties: * Support patients in ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) * Work under the delegation of the nursing team * Participate in welcoming, assessing and maintaining patients' autonomy * Collaborate interdisciplinarily with various stakeholders * Contribute to improving the quality of care by respecting safety, efficiency, comfort and economy criteria Your profile: * Recognised nursing assistant training * Experience in a hospital setting essential * Available immediately * Fluent in French * Stress resistant and flexible * Interest in teamwork and good communication skills * Comfortable with IT tools We offer: * A job in a dynamic interdisciplinary team * An attractive working atmosphere and conditions within a human-scale structure * Free and easily accessible parking, close to the railway station * A salary and social benefits according to the collective labour agreement in the Vaud parapublic health sector (FHV scales).
