Our client, a well-established and licensed trust company based in Geneva, is currently seeking its next Trust Officer to join a close-knit team, offering strong career development opportunities and a low staff turnover. Key Responsibilities Administration of a portfolio of international trusts and related structures. Day-to-day management of trust structures, including transactions, distributions, and legal documentation. Drafting and updating trust-related documentation. Liaising and coordinating with family offices, lawyers, tax advisers, banks, and other external advisers. Ensuring compliance with Swiss and international regulations, including AML/KYC, FATCA, and CRS requirements. Participating in business development projects and providing support to senior management. Profile Required Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience within trust and fiduciary services. Previous experience gained within a Swiss or international trust company would be highly advantageous. STEP qualification or studies towards obtaining the qualification would be considered a strong asset. Strong knowledge of trust structures and related regulatory requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong client-service mindset. Fluent in French and English; any additional language would be considered an advantage. Well-organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
