* Administration - Finance * Life Sciences - Supply Chain / Operations * Zug * Contracting * Vollzeit * September 2026 - 12 months + extension * Trading, Compliance **Tasks & Responsibilities:** * Compliance Leadership: Ensure export control compliance at the site in close collaboration with the Local Export Control Officer (LECO). * IMCP Management: Take ownership of developing, monitoring, and refining the Internal Management & * Compliance Program (IMCP). *  Product Classification: Actively support the classification of goods and conduct sanctions list, embargo, and dual-use checks (including releasing blocks) within SAP GTS. * License Management: Handle end-to-end license management, including the application and administration of licenses with the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). *  Process Optimization & Training: Define, implement, and continuously improve foreign trade processes and lead internal training sessions to foster a culture of compliance. *  Consulting & Projects: Act as a subject matter expert for internal departments and represent export control interests in both local and global projects. *  Regulatory Monitoring: Stay ahead of changing regulations and ensure seamless implementation during operational audits and interactions with authorities.   **Must Haves:**   *  Completed commercial education with several years of professional experience in Import, Export or Trade *  Experience in an international industrial environment *  Solid knowledge of Swiss, European and international export control regulations *  Independent, analytical and results-oriented working style with strong communication skills and team- oriented mindset *  Advanced German and English language skills   **Nice to Haves:** * Technical Skills: Advanced user knowledge of SAP GTS and MS Office *  US Regulations: Familiarity with US Export Control regulations (EAR) is an advantage
