Implement measures based on legal requirements and network strategy. Develop concepts for flexible network usage and train internal staff. Skills Electrotechnical education with further training or equivalent qualifications required. Experience in the energy sector and project management is a must. Strong communication and customer-oriented approach are essential. For the Network Electricity and Telecom area, Services Department, we are looking for a committed individual as Technical Specialist Network (m/f/d) 80 - 100% We actively shape the energy transition and are looking for a motivated person who wants to drive this change forward together with us. This is what you will do Monitoring and evaluation of technical, regulatory and legal developments in the field of network and house installation technology Deriving and implementing measures from legal requirements as well as from the network strategy Development and introduction of concepts for network-friendly use of flexibilities, as well as internal contact person for flexibilities Creation and implementation of training for internal employees and external installers Contract management including creation, negotiation and processing Participation in reporting Customer advice, handling of enquiries and participation in information events Independently implementing internal departmental as well as cross-departmental projects on behalf of the department head This is what you bring with you Basic electrical engineering training with further education (Technician HF, federally certified electrical installer or electrical engineer FH) or comparable qualification Professional experience in the electrical or energy sector Knowledge of standards, work regulations and industry documents (VSE, ESTI, ElCom), ideally in the area of flexibilities or willingness to quickly and independently familiarise yourself with new topics and regulatory requirements Experience in project management Structured, independent and analytical way of working Strong communication skills, customer orientation and negotiation skills This is what we offer you Exciting and interesting tasks – hands-on for the energy transition in the city of St.Gallen Extensive support during the induction period as well as a collegial cooperation with the whole team with a lot of personal responsibility Good opportunities for professional and personal development At least five weeks’ holiday, discounts on public transport and an attractive pension scheme Appreciative working atmosphere and a culture of addressing each other informally Please submit your complete application documents online.
