Join us in Bülach, a vibrant city with a rich history. Be part of a supportive and customer-focused team! Tasks Lead a team of about 8 staff, ensuring efficient city office operations. Coordinate all city office tasks and participate in various topics. Collaborate with internal and external agencies to enhance services. Skills Commercial training with experience in public administration preferred. Proven leadership skills and strong communication abilities. Reliable, service-oriented, and capable of independent work. About the job You take responsibility for a team of around 8 employees and ensure that the city office operates reliably, efficiently and with a customer focus – today and in the future. In doing so, you lead your team not only professionally but also in challenging situations, make decisions and further develop the area. Bülach – a city with tradition since 1384 and today the prosperous and growing centre of the Zurich lowlands with around 24,500 inhabitants. It fosters an administrative culture in which customer orientation and appreciation of employees are central. The city office is the first point of contact for the concerns of the population. We are looking for a immediate or by arrangement a Your tasks You take responsibility for a team of around 8 employees and ensure that the city office operates reliably, efficiently and with a customer focus – today and in the future. In doing so, you lead your team not only professionally but also in challenging situations, make decisions and further develop the area. Coordination and planning of all tasks of the city offices Collaboration in all areas of the city office including naturalisations Cooperation with various internal and external specialist offices and other municipalities Further development of processes, procedures and services Participation in and management of projects Your profile Completed commercial training, ideally with professional experience in public administration or comparable qualification Several years of experience in the area of resident services/city office; knowledge of citizenship law/naturalisation is an advantage Proven leadership experience Reflective, resilient personality with clear communication skills High social competence Reliable, service-oriented and independent working style You can expect Responsible leadership role with scope for action and decision-making Interesting, varied and demanding activity Committed and well-functioning team, good working atmosphere Promotion of training and further education Attractive employment conditions and diverse fringe benefits Interested?
