Together with your team, you are responsible for the strategic development of the UX field in the IT division and are part of the divisional management. We work on demanding IT projects with societal relevance. In doing so, you collaborate interdisciplinarily with software developers as well as specialists from areas such as environment, transport, security, and infrastructure. Besides project work, you actively drive the further development of our UX service offerings, monitor technological trends (especially in the AI environment), and strengthen our market position through targeted acquisition and the expansion of customer relationships.
