In a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will act as a key point of contact for end users while actively contributing to infrastructure support and local IT projects. **Your Responsibilities** * Provide onsite IT support to end users (hardware, software, collaboration tools, mobility, meeting room technologies, etc.) * Manage and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 technical incidents * Participate in the deployment and follow-up of local and global IT projects * Support users in the adoption of digital tools and deliver user training when required * Ensure an excellent user experience and maintain a high level of service quality * Collaborate with global IT teams and external vendors * Support the management and maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure * Contribute to quality, compliance, and internal IT procedures * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for IT services and processes Profile Required * Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience * Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in IT support and/or infrastructure roles * Hands-on experience providing end-user support in a professional environment * Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Office 365, Outlook, Teams, Windows) * Familiarity with infrastructure technologies including desktops, mobility, networking, and conferencing solutions * Initial experience or strong interest in IT projects and user enablement/training * Knowledge of ITIL or IT support best practices is a plus * Experience working in a regulated environment is considered an advantage * Fluent French / Professional English is mandatory \#LI-Hybrid
