To strengthen our team in the retail sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed Store Manager (m/f/d), 100%, in the Basel region from 01.09.2026. Your responsibilities - You ensure the implementation of the corporate strategy in the omnichannel department store, actively embodying the company values. - You are responsible for ensuring and implementing the commercial goals and measures in the department store, with a special focus on regionality. - You continuously assess the commercial situation, analyse the relevant key figures and derive concrete improvement measures. - You are responsible for the operational planning, coordination and management of all activities in the department store. - You ensure the flow of goods and availability of products at all times in the department store. - You are responsible for information exchange and transparency with headquarters and all stakeholders. - You check compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines and initiate targeted measures if necessary. - You independently conduct hiring, termination and employee discussions. - You ensure the training and development of employees and junior talents. Your profile - You have completed basic training in retail and hold an advanced certificate as a retail specialist or can demonstrate a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. - You have completed further training in leadership (e.g. CAS). - You have extensive industry knowledge in retail and a very good understanding of overall market development. - You impress with competent and exemplary personnel management and can recognise and promote the development potential of employees very well. - You have sound knowledge in finance and accounting, procurement and logistics as well as sales and marketing. - You have very good IT skills and are proficient in all common Office applications. - You stand out through quick comprehension, an open manner and a positive charisma. - You speak fluent German and ideally have knowledge of another national language.
