For our store in Massimo Dutti Zürich Bahnhofstrasse, we are looking for a Store Manager who can lead the business with strong leadership, commercial drive, and operational excellence. As a true local entrepreneur and brand ambassador, you will be responsible for consolidating, developing, and elevating the store’s performance. You will strengthen team engagement, enhance the customer experience, and ensure sustainable growth in line with our brand standards. This role is key to reinforcing our presence in the region and driving the next stage of performance and ambition for the store. Show more About the job Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing and engaged team Foster a culture based on collaboration, inclusion, accountability, and excellence Set clear objectives and closely monitor individual and team performance Identify, coach, and develop internal talent Ensure strong succession planning and team stability Commercial Performance Drive key KPIs (sales, conversion rate, average basket, productivity, etc.) Implement local action plans adapted to the Zürich market Analyze performance data and proactively adjust commercial strategies Ensure optimal stock management and product flow Continuously seek opportunities to grow turnover and profitability Customer Experience & Brand Image Position the store as a reference in the Zürich area Guarantee a premium and consistent customer experience aligned with brand identity Oversee and optimize Visual Merchandising in full alignment with corporate standards Ensure excellence in product presentation, windows, and in-store layout Act as a true brand ambassador within the local community Operational Excellence Supervise all store operations in compliance with Swiss regulations Ensure strict cost control and efficient budget management Maintain high standards in procedures, safety, and compliance Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement Profile Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience Strong commercial mindset with solid understanding of Visual Merchandising Inspiring and hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership Results-driven with strong analytical and organizational skills German is mandatory (fluent level required) Professional level of English is required
