Stability Coordinator/Sample Management Specialist

* Life Sciences - Data Science * Basel-Stadt * Contracting * Vollzeit * Immediately - 31/05/2027 * LIMS, lanboratory, GLP Location: Basel Contract start date: Immediately Contract end date: 31/05/2027 **Key Responsibilities** * Perform all pull activities related to stability studies, including sample retrieval, labeling, and documentation * Receive and log samples into the LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) * Coordinate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient sample flow and storage management * Execute staging activities such as packaging, labeling, and documentation preparation * Maintain and update data accurately in the LES (Laboratory Execution System) * Organize and manage storage of stability study boxes within stability chambers * Support continuous improvement initiatives related to sample management processes * Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures, health protection guidelines, cGMP regulations, and internal quality standards * Perform additional duties and support activities as assigned **Required Qualifications & Skills** * Degree in Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field, or equivalent hands-on training as an analytical laboratory technician * Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry, preferably within sample management or laboratory operations * Working knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices and GMP environments * Experience with LIMS and/or LES systems is preferred * Strong organizational and planning abilities with excellent attention to detail * Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams * Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment * Enthusiastic, adaptable, and open-minded approach to work * Willingness to learn new processes and take on complex tasks * Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus
