WNG is seeking an experienced SEO/GEO/AEO expert—full-time or freelance. Join a dynamic team in a role that offers growth and innovation. Tasks Drive SEO strategies with a focus on GEO and AEO optimization. Utilize analytics tools like GA4 and Semrush for insights. Collaborate with clients to enhance their visibility in search results. Skills 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in a digital agency. Strong analytical and project management skills. Fluent in French; German and English are a plus. About the job The job in brief... WNG is looking for an SEO/GEO/AEO expert — employee (rate negotiable) or freelancer. Available as soon as possible. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in SEO, ideally in a digital agency or freelance Strong mastery of GEO and AEO. Knowledge of SGE / AI Overviews dynamics and their impact Thorough knowledge of analytical tools: GA4, Matomo, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc. Comfortable with TYPO3 & WordPress CMS Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS; awareness of performance and accessibility aspects Perfect command of French; German and English are an asset Good writing skills and reliable spelling Great curiosity for innovation: active monitoring of AI developments, next-generation search engines and emerging search behaviours What we are looking for above all… An analytical, pragmatic and synthetic mind — able to move from a crawl analysis to a reflection on visibility in AI responses Autonomy in project management, ability to maintain and develop lasting trust relationships with clients A consulting attitude: knowing how to explain to an institutional client why their content is (or is not) cited by an LLM Involvement in agency life, team spirit and desire to contribute to WNG’s growth — whether as an internal employee or external partner We await your application file (CV, cover letter or video motivation, recommendations, etc.) at jobs@wng.ch.
